Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex refrigeration systems, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration equipment, including ammonia, Freon, and CO2 systems
  • Perform routine inspections and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory and company safety standards
  • Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical apparatus, motors, wiring, and electronic components
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in industrial refrigeration, with a focus on ammonia, Freon, and CO2 systems
  • Successful completion of Refrigeration Operator 1 course and/or CARO certification within 6 months of hire
  • Basic electrical instrumentation experience and ability to read P&ID diagrams
  • Proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F and up to 100°F
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
