We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse to join our team at Della Infotech.

Job Summary

This is a Home Health RN position that requires a high level of expertise and dedication. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care in King County WA and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled home health care to patients in King County WA and surrounding areas.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • 1 year of skilled home health experience.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • BCLS certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Please note that this is a full-time position with a regular schedule. We offer a guaranteed hours contract, with the facility able to call off up to one shift per pay period if needed. Travelers are expected to have their own transportation and are required to have a primary series COVID vaccination in addition to one booster.
