Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at Employ Partners / Employ NOW. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex motor control circuits to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Install new fixtures, motors, lights, and other equipment to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to automate processes and improve productivity.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot calls throughout the plant to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and repair low-voltage circuits and 3-phase motor circuits to prevent equipment failure.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of our equipment and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Other duties as assigned by management to support the overall goals of the company.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical maintenance principles.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
