As a Kids Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for leading fitness classes for children, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and providing a fun and engaging experience for our young participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead fitness classes for children, ages 4-12, in a fun and engaging manner
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote physical activity, teamwork, and sportsmanship
  • Provide guidance and support to children as they learn new skills and develop their physical fitness
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our programs
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve sales and operational goals
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a fitness or sports setting
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, exercise science, or sports management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • First Aid and CPR certification
