Compensation structure
You have the potential to shape your own income through our commission-based compensation model. In recent evaluations, the average income for our consultants who met sales production requirements was substantial. Individual performance will ultimately determine your earnings.
Full-time consultants are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and pension options.
