About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Admissions Support Associate to join our team at Rockford Career College. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a vital role in attracting and enrolling top-tier students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain our enterprise enrollment workflows and processes, ensuring a seamless experience for students.
  • Directly assist applicants in completing the steps in their enrollment processes via phone, email, and text.
  • Serve as a liaison across departments to ensure an operationally efficient, premium student experience, including financial aid, student services, and career services.
  • Event planning and assisting in organizing open houses, recruitment events, and school events.
  • Follow and adhere to compliance, regulatory, and procedural processes.
  • Flexible to work evening and weekend shifts as needed to achieve team goals.
  • Maintain office administrative functions, cleanliness, resolve office issues, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in reception or office management required.
  • Experience working in an admissions office or higher education a plus.
  • Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working experience with computer systems and software like Google Suites, Microsoft Suites, CRM updates, and other online-based software.
  • Ability to multitask, manage projects, and keep meticulous records.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
