  • Electronic agreement support: Monitoring agreement progress, assisting Mason faculty and staff to navigate the online system.
  • Student and partner support: Monitoring IEP generic email, responding to prospective student questions, assisting prospective students with application questions, routine email communication to students and partners.
  • Student record support: Creating and maintaining accurate student lists and records, communicating student information to Mason partner offices.
  • Course articulation support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with students, partners, and faculty/staff and communicate student, partner, and faculty/staff needs to IEP staff.
  • High level of attention to detail in student record keeping.
