Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the supervision of all business functions related to operations, including property management, leasing, and marketing.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with staff to discuss property operations, goals, and objectives.
  • Perform walk-through inspections to ensure the property is maintained to high standards.
  • Oversee the Community Assistant and Residence Life programs to ensure a positive living experience for residents.
  • Act as a liaison between the property management team and other departments within the company.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property operations and resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in student/multi-family housing industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient leadership skills and ability to work independently.
  • Skills in residence life, facility management, leasing, marketing, budgeting, supervision, business administration, public relations, or a combination of business and student development skills.
