Position Overview:

As an Integrated Supply Site Manager at Vallen, you will play a crucial role in driving growth at our client’s location. You will oversee daily operations and lead a team of associates to foster strong, profitable relationships with customers, contributing to Vallen's financial success and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to onsite teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions, including staff management responsibilities such as recruitment, coaching, and enforcing company policies.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for local integrated supply operations.
  • Drive customer commitments, including cost savings and key performance indicators, at the local integrated supply site.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of urgency in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement for the local integrated supply site, ensuring budgetary goals are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure timely payments from local integrated supply customers according to contractual agreements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Finance) with 8+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related industry.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in staff management with a strong leadership track record.
  • Exceptional ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of manufacturing applications relevant to Vallen's products and services.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in managing P&L statements.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and capable of learning company-specific software.
