Supply Chain Project Manager Role

Aalberts Integrated Piping Systems is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing the supply plan for raw and semi-finished materials used for manufacturing, developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external suppliers, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive supply plan to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform supply chain decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement category-specific SIOP and MPS processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management and project management, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, procurement processes, inventory management, and SIOP principles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and supply chain management tools.
