Job Summary

Meta is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software applications and systems for various products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications and systems using a variety of programming languages and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature specifications and build products using frameworks such as React and React Native.
  • Work closely with operations and infrastructure teams to build and scale back-end services.
  • Design and implement web or mobile interfaces using XHTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript.
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  • Identify and drive changes as needed for assigned codebase, product area, or systems.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
  • Three years of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
  • Full stack web/mobile application development experience in at least one of the following industry-standard languages: C, C++, Java, or C#.
  • Building large-scale infrastructure applications.
  • Relational databases and SQL.
  • Implementing web interfaces using at least one of the following: JavaScript, HTML, or CSS.
  • Leveraging frameworks including experience in at least one of the following: React or React Native.
Compensation

$228,713/year to $240,240/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
