Oncology Nursing Professional

A leading health services organization, Tandym Group, is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their esteemed Oncology team in Fairfield County. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled nursing professional to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the Nursing Process and following established standards of practice within state and federal guidelines.
- Supervise non-RN personnel and serve as a resource for ancillary staff on assigned units.
- Assume charge or clinical coordinator roles, overseeing unit activities as required.
- Act as a preceptor to new staff members and/or students, providing guidance and support.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- CT Registered Nurse (RN)
- Oncology and/or Medical Surgical experience
