We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated Oncology team at Tandym Group. Main Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the Nursing Process to provide exceptional patient care, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices.
  • Serve as a leader and mentor, guiding non-RN personnel and providing support to ancillary staff on assigned units.
  • Assume key leadership roles, including charge and clinical coordinator positions, and supervise unit activities as required.
  • Contribute to the development of new staff members and/or students through preceptoring and mentoring.
  • Perform various tasks to maintain a smooth and efficient departmental workflow.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Active CT Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Oncology and/or Medical Surgical experience

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 per year, contingent upon qualifications and experience.
