We are seeking experienced nursing professionals to join our team at IntelyCare, a leader in post-acute care staffing in Stamford, Connecticut.

About the Role

This is an hourly rate position offering flexibility and autonomy. Our nursing professionals have the peace of mind that comes with choosing their own shifts at various facilities and taking time off whenever they like.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in post-acute care facilities
  • Keep track of care options and monitor outcomes with other medical staff
  • Work with residents and medical staff to develop comprehensive care plans
  • Properly set up and monitor medical equipment
  • Ensure residents receive appropriate treatments and medications
  • Drawing bodily fluids for lab evaluation
  • Review best care options with residents and family members
  • Maintain compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
  • Oversee accurate documentation of resident histories and interventions
  • Provide training and supervision of nurses and support staff
  • Assist with incident investigations
Requirements
  • Current Connecticut state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Successful completion of an approved nursing program
  • 1 year of experience (RN or related role)
  • Advanced organizational skills
