Key Responsibilities:
The Physician will provide primary healthcare and patient management in a residential environment.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in Geriatrics or with complex patient cases
  • Active and unrestricted medical license and DEA registration
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
