Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Clarendale at Bellevue Place. As a key member of our Community Culinary Services Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exemplify high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization at all times.
  • Prepare and serve menu cycle programs that meet or exceed quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
  • Produce and serve menu items that are compliant with required Nutritional/Dietary criteria as required by local regulations.
  • Exhibit cooking standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess food service quality and make revisions to operations and procedures as needed.
  • Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner, creating a positive marketing environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a restaurant or senior living setting.

Compensation
