We are seeking a Supervisor for our Residential Electrical Services at JPI Electric of Austin LLC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and analyze electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Install and manage all electrical wiring, components, and fixtures efficiently.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed to prevent injuries and property damage.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and project managers to address any concerns.
- Provide daily updates to the Branch Manager regarding project timelines and requirements.
- Foster a collaborative work environment with all team members.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and work independently when necessary.
- Engage in self-directed training to enhance installation quality.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and legibly.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, safety, and reporting.
- Mentor and guide junior electricians in their development.
- Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles and maintain an organized work truck.
- Oversee inventory and tools to ensure all necessary materials are available for each project.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening. A current, valid TDLR License (minimum of Wireman) and a valid Texas Driver's License are mandatory.
This is a full-time, long-term position with compensation based on experience and skill level.
