Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Non-Emergency Medical Rider to join our team at U-Connect Transportation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients and clients across Upstate NY.

Estimated salary: $15.25 - $30 per hour.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid New York State Driver's license and have a clean driving record. You will also need to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check.

Your primary duties will include:

  1. Transporting patients and clients utilizing company vehicles in a safe and professional manner
  2. Assisting clients and patients as needed to safely complete the transfer
  3. Accurately completing daily activity logs & vehicle reports

To succeed in this role, you must be physically able to step up and down steps, safely secure clients for transport, lift up to 50 lbs, and transport wheelchair patients on paved and unpaved surfaces.
