  • Manage a team and work collaboratively with various units and divisions to support student success and career development
  • Oversee customer persona and segmentation, and translate career data into compelling storytelling
  • Collaborate with the University's schools, departments, alumni, and external partners to advance Carolina's enduring brand and establish a clear value proposition for career development
Requirements
  • Relevant post-Baccalaureate degree required (or foreign degree equivalent)
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics and data-informed decision making
  • Strong understanding and application of digital marketing channels and strategies
  • Experience with customer personas, segmentations, and marketing plans
  • Demonstrated experience in storytelling and working with communications professionals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Five (5) years of job-related experience in marketing, with at least three years in a leadership role, preferably within higher education or career services
  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience of professional staff
