Gas Pipeline Quality Inspector

We are in search of a Gas Pipeline Quality Inspector with substantial expertise in excavation, roadway and utility construction, gas system installations, welding, and steel piping. The preferred candidate should possess a minimum of five years of pertinent experience, particularly focusing on Gate Stations and Regulator Stations for at least two years. Exceptional organizational abilities are crucial for precise documentation and record maintenance in construction-related tasks.

Compensation:

$40 - $45 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to company welding and testing protocols
  • Achieve and sustain OQ training qualifications for working on transmission pressure mains
  • Oversee multiple construction initiatives
  • Guide and mentor gas and associate inspectors
  • Accurately read and interpret construction documents
  • Evaluate contractor work for compliance with specifications
Qualifications:
  • Leadership skills and proficiency in computer applications
  • Comprehensive understanding of utility industry standards
  • Capability to recognize and rectify unsafe conditions
