Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder. Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
