Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Prepare accurate and complete tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business and increase client retention through the sale of additional products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve office priorities and support the success of the team.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 25-35 hours weekly throughout tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks.
