About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our innovative Sage Network product and experience team. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge platform, which is revolutionizing the accounting software industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our user base and apply a user-centered design approach to iterate on the design based on user feedback.
  • Partner with research colleagues to assemble data about how users engage with our products, document findings, design end-to-end experiences, and create prototypes to explain designs.
  • Work closely with design counterparts, PMs, and engineering to foster a collaborative environment and deliver effective solutions.
  • Participate in design critique sessions, design jams, and design systems meetings to improve design and challenge peers to enhance their crafts.
  • Track industry trends and competitive landscape to contribute to strategic product design.

Requirements
  • 4 years of experience as a product designer with a focus on FinTech, accounting software, or similar.
  • A portfolio that showcases your ability to collaborate with researchers, build user flows, early wireframing concepts, and prototyping.
  • Effective communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions and rationales.
  • A passion for working with others to achieve a common goal.
