Transformative Product Designer Opportunity

The Microsoft Copilot for Sales team is revolutionizing the way sellers work, empowering them to focus on customer relationships, data-driven actions, and sales effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product experience strategy, interaction design, creative direction, and craftsmanship for a v1 product.
  • Collaborate across disciplines from early product stages to implementation.
  • Understand user behaviors, motivations, and needs to develop relevant and impactful experiences.
  • Propose creative solutions to complex user experience journeys.
  • Identify new opportunities and generate innovative ideas to improve processes, products, and culture.
  • Improve UX through interaction models and liaison between users and products.
  • Tell a compelling product story to various audiences, influencing buy-in from key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience working in product or service design, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of enterprise software design experience.
  • 2+ years of experience shipping AI or ML experiences and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process.
  • Proficient visual design skills with relevant portfolio examples.
  • Ability to energize teams and advocate for ideas.
  • Experience building, refining, or improving design systems at scale.
Compensation and Benefits
