Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Azul Hospitality. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and condition of our hotel guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall cleanliness.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping supplies, including linens, toiletries, and cleaning products.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including cleaning of bathrooms, floors, and furniture.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the housekeeping cart and linen closets.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and push/pull carts and equipment.
