  • Manage client accounts in Azure, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, ensuring seamless integration and security.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-suite executives, to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with our Level 1 team to prioritize and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely and effective support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in desktop support, actively seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop support, with a strong background in on-site and remote support.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for on-site visits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Azure, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Basic networking skills and experience with troubleshooting network issues.
  • Experience working in an enterprise environment, with a strong understanding of domain controllers and network security.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MCSE certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong understanding of security groups and permissions in Azure and Active Directory.
