Advanced Manufacturing Process Lead

Job Summary:
We're seeking an accomplished Advanced Manufacturing Process Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge manufacturing methods and processes. This role will drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across our product lines, leveraging expertise in Six Sigma methodologies and lean manufacturing principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with R&D teams to assess new product concepts for manufacturability and provide actionable recommendations.
- Design and implement production processes, including tooling, fixturing, programming, testing, and documentation, ensuring adherence to desired quality standards and projected demand.
- Conduct proof-of-principle studies and analyze results to inform process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise to troubleshoot complex production issues, providing solutions that enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
- Participate in or lead safety initiatives, Kaizen events, and other organizational improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience (8+ years).
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in process improvement and technical writing.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, CAD software, and knowledge of tooling & fixture design for manufacturing and testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear instruction manuals, work instructions, and process procedures.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, communications, and leadership skills, coupled with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder.
Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers an estimated salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a forward-thinking organization.
