About the Role
The MSCCN is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Field Service Fire Alarm Technician to join our team in El Paso, Texas. As a key member of our fire alarm field service operations, you will be responsible for guiding a team of technicians, providing technical expertise, and driving improvements in our service processes.

Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in fire alarm field service to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and manage a team of fire alarm technicians, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, provide technical expertise, and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
• Guide and manage a team of fire alarm technicians
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex fire alarm issues
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service processes and efficiency

Requirements
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in fire alarm field service or related roles
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in fire alarm systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and people-oriented skills
• Ability to travel out of town most of the time (South east corner of New Mexico)
• Must have current FAL and ES3J certifications to work in Texas and New Mexico
• Extensive knowledge of programming Fire Alarm Panels of all different manufacturers types

Salary
Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
