CNC Machinist

CNC Machinists play a vital role in our manufacturing process at Rod and Tubing Services LLC.

The successful candidate will work with computer-controlled machinery to produce precision parts and tools from metal, plastic, or other materials.

This is a full-time position requiring a high school diploma or GED and minimum 2+ years of experience in set-up and operation of CNC Lathe primarily for the threading of API 8rd tubulars.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment to reflect a positive image of yourself and the company.
• Inspect and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as directed by supervisors, managers, and safety personnel. Participate in mandatory safety or PPE training and notify your supervisor when new PPE is required.
• Utilize and interpret measurements using calipers and micrometers. Work with blueprints and troubleshoot/maintain equipment as needed.
• Adhere to established work methods and practices while ensuring production efficiency and workplace safety.

While performing job duties, you may be exposed to various environmental conditions, including noise levels. The physical demands require regular standing, frequent use of hands, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

We offer a competitive salary range between $55,000 to $75,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
