- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients by addressing inquiries and providing relevant information.
- Facilitate all billing communications during client visits.
- Gather feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure a clean, inviting, and brand-consistent environment within our practice.
- Prioritize hospitality and service excellence in all interactions.

- Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively manage practice operations by anticipating client needs.
