Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the appointment scheduling system and monitor wait times for all clients.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients by addressing inquiries and providing relevant information.
  • Facilitate all billing communications during client visits.
  • Gather feedback and relay it to the appropriate departments.
  • Ensure a clean, inviting, and brand-consistent environment within our practice.
  • Prioritize hospitality and service excellence in all interactions.
  • Identify solutions to enhance client experiences.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless service delivery.

Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or hospitality role (experience in veterinary settings is advantageous).

  • Self-driven, collaborative, and an effective communicator with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to connect with clients, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
  • Availability for a full-time schedule, including one weekend day (typically four 10-hour shifts).
  • A genuine passion for animals, particularly dogs and cats.
  • Proficient in computer applications (familiarity with collaboration tools is a plus).
