With numerous locations across various states, we are dedicated to delivering essential support to countless individuals and their communities.
Patient-Focused Care
Our Patient-Focused Care program employs a dual approach to tackle both the medical and psychological dimensions of opioid addiction. This Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) utilizes Methadone or Buprenorphine (Suboxone) to manage physical dependence, complemented by team-based Behavioral Counseling to address psychological dependence.
Position Overview
We are actively seeking a qualified Addiction Medicine Physician. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and will contribute significantly to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhancing clinical and financial outcomes
- Overseeing daily operations of an opioid treatment program
- Ensuring operational effectiveness
- Addressing urgent and emergent issues related to the treatment center
- Managing revenue collections to meet target rates and overseeing expenditures within budget
Qualifications:

- A proven track record in a clinical or medical setting
- A self-motivated and quick-learning attitude
- Ability to exceed expectations of clients and team members
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Skills in problem analysis and assessment
- Effective time management
- ABAM Certification or Eligibility
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid medical or osteopathic license in the relevant state
- Three years of documented experience in treating individuals with substance use disorders, including one year focused on opioid treatment
- Board Eligible in psychiatry with two years of experience in treating individuals with substance use disorders
- ASAM or Board Certified as an addiction medicine specialist
