In the Army National Guard, you will earn a regular paycheck while learning these skills, and you will also be eligible for tuition assistance.

Job Training:

Job training requires 10 weeks of Basic Training, where you will learn basic Soldiering skills. Then, you will attend eight weeks of Advanced Individual Training (AIT), which includes six weeks of classroom instruction and two weeks of field training under simulated combat conditions.
