Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a positive and friendly manner, answer questions, and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Product Promotion: Participate in marketing efforts to promote our products and services, both inside and outside the store.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Cash Handling and Inventory: Assist with cash handling, inventory count, and deposits as governed by operations control standards.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with store management and other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail environments and customer service preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and a professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
