Alera Group is seeking a Seasonal Open Enrollment Representative to join our team. As a key member of our benefits team, you will play a critical role in conducting open enrollment meetings for large group clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with team to review benefits and presentation prior to the meeting
  • Arrive at the client office 30 minutes in advance to set up
  • Present to employees so they are engaged in the content and understand their benefits
  • Take questions at the end and send to the service team to investigate

Requirements:

  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to travel overnight when needed
  • Associate degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Health and Life License, but not required
  • Knowledge of group product lines
  • Client service experience, preferably in the area of employee benefits
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
