Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-speed data paths for DDRx memory interfaces
  • Develop a deep understanding of memory interface protocols, including DDRx, LPDDRx, GDDRx, HBM, and Serial Link
  • Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure seamless integration of designs
  • Verify designs using Verilog verification expertise
  • Develop HBM expertise and implement Rx/Tx/ODT/ZQ cal/ESD requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of memory core operation
  • Experience with ECC/CRC/Parity
  • Knowledge of DLL/PLL/DCC
  • Ability to set up full data path simulation environment and perform circuit/timing verification
  • Scripting language experience
