Sales Development Manager, Large Enterprise

At Randstad USA, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with large enterprise clients.
About the Job
In this role, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to help them achieve their goals. You'll also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to secure new contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with large enterprise clients
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet client goals
* Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new contracts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
* Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
About You

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in sales development or a related field
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth goals
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
