Enterprise Sales Representative

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sr. Account Manager to join our team at Randstad USA.
About the RoleAs a Sr. Account Manager, you will be responsible for landing, growing, and maintaining deep relationships with enterprise clients across various markets.
- You will sell and represent the full suite of Cella's workforce solutions, including consulting, staffing, and managed services.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to present and qualify opportunities beyond staffing.
- Negotiate expectations, terms, conditions, and pricing of services with new clients.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proven sales record closing complex sales in the solutions and staffing space within large and nationally/globally distributed customers.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the creative, digital, and marketing space and/or consultative sales.
- Experience working with strategic accounts and possessing professional communication skills.
- Knowledge of strategic selling concepts and consultative sales.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience, plus additional benefits, including:
