Job Summary

The Retail Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards, and performing various tasks as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Merchandise Presentation: Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and maintained, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including checking inventory levels and reporting discrepancies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements

Working Conditions

The Retail Associate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent exposure to customers and associates. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and using a variety of equipment, including cash registers and merchandise handling equipment.
