About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, meeting sales goals and targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits, making recommendations to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including stocking shelves and setting up displays
  • Participate in sales promotions and events, driving sales growth and customer engagement
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
