Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Collaborate with plant management and engineering teams to identify and prioritize capital projects and maintenance initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve plant operations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a plant engineering or operations role.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a plant environment, which may include exposure to wet and moist floors, extreme temperatures, and noise levels. The successful candidate must be able to wear and use protective equipment as required.
