Key Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- BSN required; ADNs with commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of hire may be considered
- At least one year of acute care experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
