  • Team Collaboration
    • Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Work Area Maintenance
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, adhering to Chicken Salad Chick standards.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of all products and ingredients, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Task Completion
    • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly, adhering to Chicken Salad Chick standards.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Cashier/Service
    • Operate the POS system, taking food and beverage orders, and expediting orders in a timely manner.
    • Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Line Prep/Kitchen Production
    • Prepare a variety of food products, including chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, and desserts, adhering to Chicken Salad Chick recipe and product standards.
    • Understand and comply with Chicken Salad Chick standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with team members and guests.
    • Ability to multitask.
  • Education and Experience
    • Previous restaurant and/or retail experience a plus.
  • Physical Demands
    • Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
    • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility, including bending and stooping, for the duration of the workday.
