At Chicken Salad Chick - 02, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our morning shift team. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting our team in achieving our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Offer every guest a superb experience that creates a lasting memory, greet every guest to welcome them to our restaurant early in the morning, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
- Team Support: Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible, maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to Chicken Salad Chick standards, and complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
- Cashier/Service Responsibilities: Greet Guests, take food/beverage orders, expediting orders, assist with dining room service, and maintain cleanliness/sanitation standards.
- Line Prep/Kitchen Production Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of food products, including chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts, and other items for cooking/serving to Guests according to Chicken Salad Chick recipe and product standards.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, clearly and professionally communicate with team members and guests, multitask, and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Education and Experience: Previous restaurant and/or retail experience a plus.
- Physical Demands: Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, and be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility, including bending and stooping, for the duration of the workday.
