The role
In this leadership position, you will drive customer experiences and team performance in your store. You will coach your team to reach their full potential and ensure a welcoming environment for all customers and associates.

Key requirements
  • 2+ years retail management or service industry experience (preferred).
  • A hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
  • Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent.
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and action plans.
  • Action-oriented mindset with ability to prioritize assignments.
