Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare and management, with a strong ability to lead and motivate our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our team, including leading, onboarding, HR, payroll assistance, and task delegation
  • Manage our patients, including answering phones, scheduling, providing direction and assistance to the front desk team, and verifying insurance
  • Manage our office, including paying bills, daily deposits, network and communicate with referrals, and executing marketing goals
Requirements
  • Proactive and able to represent our office well
  • Experience in healthcare and management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
