Senior Program Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Task Manager IV to primarily support our contingent, based on award, upcoming program. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams. They will be responsible for providing day-to-day direction to a group of subordinates, establishing priorities of work, and interfacing between Government customers and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Provide expert functional guidance to employees and interface with Government management to resolve problems.
- Team Leadership: Establish priorities of work to subordinates based on Government goals and objectives.
- Communication: Articulate and communicate to the team the assignment, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, suspenses, and time frames for completion.
- Work Distribution: Distribute and balance workload in accordance with established workflows and assure timely accomplishment of the assigned workload.
- Training and Development: Give on-the-job training to new employees in accordance with established procedures and practices.
- Talent Management: Lead the team in assessing its strengths and weaknesses and provide leadership to the team in exploring alternatives and determining improvements.
- Task Assignment: Assigns work to personnel according to workload, ability, and priority of assignment, and provides instruction and assistance as necessary on problems or issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15+ years of experience
Clearance Required: Secret
