Key Responsibilities
  • Safeguards premises, assets, and/or designated individuals against risks such as damage, fire, theft, trespassing, and unauthorized access. Ensures physical security through vigilant presence and observation.
    • Facilitates executive transportation and security escorts.
    • Provides ground safety and security for the Flight Department.
    • May engage in Executive Protection assignments.
  • Conducts regular inspections of buildings and grounds, checking doors, windows, and gates to confirm they are secure. Monitors and audits to ensure compliance with security protocols. Reports any unusual occurrences to management.
  • Verifies identification of employees or visitors by managing traffic flow, reviewing surveillance footage, interviewing unfamiliar individuals, and validating identification badges.
  • Responds to disturbances and, in emergencies, ensures the safety and order of personnel.
  • Completes necessary documentation, including incident reports and daily activity logs.
  • Identifies, evaluates, and recommends solutions for activities, situations, or conditions that may jeopardize company assets (including physical property, intellectual property, executives, and employees).
  • May act as a liaison with law enforcement or other emergency response teams.
  • Maintains a valid firearms license and may be required to carry a firearm while on duty.
  • Serves as a first responder and holds certifications in Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and First Aid.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Typically, 0 to 4 years of relevant experience. Must maintain certifications for AED/CPR and First Aid. A valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record are required. Must obtain and maintain a valid Concealed Carry Firearms License and complete annual firearms qualification.
