About the Opportunity

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking an experienced AP Specialist to join our team in Kensington. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Manage vendor relationships, including communication and resolution of payment issues
  • Process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain accurate financial records
  • Generate checks and vouchers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Monitor and respond to employee and vendor inquiries regarding payments
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of AP experience, with a strong understanding of financial operations and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Excel and experience with Fiserv Prologue a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
