As a key member of our Population Health Finance and Analytics team, you will serve as a strategic business partner to our leaders, providing financial and analytical insights to drive better business, population health, and value-based care performance. Your expertise will be essential in supporting and reinforcing key initiatives within the department, and you will be responsible for performing a broad range of financial, population health, and value-based program analysis and business plan responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Conduct complex financial, population health, or value-based program analysis on performance and potential new business or program activities.
- Extract, review, analyze, and summarize data from multiple databases/sources, and provide useful clinical and analytical conclusions.
- Coordinate and perform a variety of complex financial, population health, or value-based program analysis.
- Serve as support for activities relating to physician compensation, population health, or value-based programs and production analysis as assigned.
- Develop and maintain analytical methodologies, tools, and data.
- Provide technical expertise to other staff involved in data analysis.
- Act as a liaison between finance, population health leaders, and operational leaders to ensure they have relevant tools and data and understand how to use them.
- Guide the annual Population Health Finance and Analytics value-based care operating budget process to ensure timely and accurate fiscal planning.
- Review budget variances and work with leaders to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, population health, public health, accounting, finance, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in a related field.
