Job Overview

At Howe, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Piping and Plumbing Project Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our project management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of mechanical piping projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, including acquiring permits, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with project documentation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, promoting a culture of excellence and quality.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, coworkers, contractors, and the public.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in estimating, project cost development, or project management within the Mechanical Piping or Plumbing field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional appearance, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
